Saltaire, West Yorkshire, UK, 04 December 2009: The Board of Pace has appointed non-executive director Mike Inglis to the Audit Committee of the Board with immediate effect, joining non-executive directors John Grant and Pat Chapman-Pincher on the Committee. Mike has been a non-executive director of Pace since July 2008 and is also a member of the Nominations Committee.
