Result of extraordinary general meeting

The Company announces that at the extraordinary general meeting held earlier today, the sole resolution proposed was duly passed and as a result, the Company has adopted a new investing policy. The new policy is set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting dated 19 November 2009 and can also be found on the Company's website, www.offplanfund.com.

The Company also announces that Roger King and Donald Reid, who are both directors of the Company, have been appointed as directors of Fairway Fund Management Limited, which acts as the Company's administrator.
