Autonomy Corporation plc ("Autonomy") announces that Richard Gaunt, a Non-Executive member of Autonomy's Board of Directors, notified the company that on 1 December 2009 he sold 100,000 Autonomy Corporation plc Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange at an average price of 14.4227p per share. Following this transaction Mr Gaunt's total beneficial holding in the company is 2,472,601 Autonomy Shares, representing approximately 1.03% of Autonomy's issued share capital as at today's date.
