Kryso has received the following notification of change in interest in the
voting rights in the Company's share capital:

Following a number of recent disposals of ordinary shares in the Company,
Vassilios Carellas now holds 5,335,000 ordinary shares which represents 3.49%
of the total shares in issue and 3.49% of the total voting rights of the
Company.
