Xcite received formal notification on December 2, 2009 that Third Point LLC ("Third Point") has decreased its holding in the issued share capital of Xcite by 1,523,000 common shares, reducing its effective holding to a 9.9% interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
Additionally, Xcite received formal notification on December 2, 2009 that, following the disposal of its entire 7.8 % holding in the issued share capital of Xcite in October 2009, RAB Octane (Master) Fund Ltd no longer holds any interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
