In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 Matica would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's share capital as at 2 December 2009 consists of 21,628,667 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
