                                      Results of General Meeting

At  the  General  Meeting  of  the  Company  held today  both  resolutions  were  passed  unanimously.
Accordingly,  entities  in which Richard Poulden's family have an interest, and  an  entity  in  which
Jonathan  Harrison has an interest, will be issued with a total of 17,836,830 new Ordinary  Shares  in
the  Company;  both Richard Poulden and Jonathan Harrison are Directors of the Company.  As  a  result
Sirius  Exploration's  interest in AusPotash and Adavale Holdings will increase  to  68.38%  and  100%
respectivley.

Application  has been made for the 17,836,830 new Ordinary Shares which will, when issued,  rank  pari
passu  with  the existing Ordinary Shares in issue, to be admitted to trading on AIM and  trading,  is
expected to commence on 8 December 2009.
