BLOCK LISTING OF SHARES

The following amendment has been made to the 'Additional Blocklisting Application' announcement released on 02-12-09 at 0920 under RNS No 4469D.

The announcement has been updated to include other share schemes to be included within the blocklisting

An application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 2,000,000 (two million) ordinary shares of 0.1p each under the 1995 Executive Share Option Scheme, the 2002 Executive Share Option Scheme, the Long Term Remuneration Plan and the Executive Directors Remuneration Plan, to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
