The Company was notified on 1 December 2009 that Eurocom Investments LP ("Eurocom") had purchased 356,422 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at NIS 150 (equivalent to approximately 23.89 pence per share). Eurocom now has an interest in 9,417,231 Ordinary Shares, representing 15.90% of the issued share capital and of the Total Voting Rights of the Company.
Alex Rabinovitch, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, is a director of Eurocom, part of the Eurocom Group. In addition, Or Elovitch, also a Non-Executive Director of the Company, is Executive Vice President of Business Affairs and Investments for the Eurocom Group.
