Sirius  Exploration  announces that it was informed on 30 November 2009 that as  at  4  November  2009
Harbinger  Capital  Partners  II  LP, in its capacity as investment manager  to  Global  Opportunities
Breakaway  Ltd.,  held 41,275,000 ordinary shares in the Company.    The total voting  rights  in  the
Company are 607,191,340 and accordingly the percentage holding is 6.8%.
