AUTONOMY ENTERS INTO MULTI-MILLION AGREEMENT WITH MAJOR PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY


Cambridge, UK - 1 December 2009 - Autonomy Corporation plc (LSE: AU. or AU.L), a global leader in infrastructure software for the enterprise, today announced that it has entered into a multi-million license agreement with a major pharmaceutical company to license Introspect 6.0 IDOL for collections, early case assessment, archiving and ediscovery. The value of the deal is around $5 million
