Publication of Prospectus in relation to Admission
Further to its announcement on 4 November 2009 announcing the intended cancellation of trading of its ordinary shares on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange and admission to the Official List (the "Admission"), Afren plc announces that a prospectus relating to the Admission was approved by the UK Listing Authority (the "UKLA") earlier today . Copies of the Prospectus dated 30 November 2009 will shortly be available for inspection by the public during normal business hours on any weekday (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excepted) at the UKLA's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
