Notification of Shareholding
FFastFill was advised on 30 November 2009 that ION Trading Ireland Limited:
1. on 26 November 2009, reached a holding of 86,700,530 ordinary shares in FFastFill representing 21.85% of the total voting rights in the Company.
2. on 27 November 2009, reached a holding of 99,700,530 ordinary shares in FFastFill representing 25.13% of the total voting rights in the Company.
Following these purchases, ION Trading Ireland Limited's total interest in FFastFill now amounts to 99,700,530 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 25.13% of the total voting rights in issue of 396,739,787.
