In conformity with rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules we would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital at 30 November consisted of 1,313,215,558 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1 1,313,215,558. The above figure, (1,313,215,558) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
