PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that Steve Amies, Chief Operating Officer for Global Research & Product Development, today sold 3,846 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 615.5 pence per Share pursuant to the vesting in 2005 of share options in his favour under the Company's 2000 Company Share Plan Part A.

Steve Amies has a direct shareholding in the Company of 8,380 Shares and is the beneficial owner of 54,777 nil-cost share options.
