Grant of options

i-design, which provides a market leading ATM advertising solution (called atmAd), that enables ATM network owners to run both third party advertising and their own internal marketing campaigns over their ATM screens and receipts, announces the grant of share options to Ian Sunter, Finance Director, over a total 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each. These options are exercisable at any time between 30 November 2012 and 30 November 2019, being a period of between 3 years and 10 years from the date of grant at a price of 23.5p.

Following this grant, Mr Sunter is interested in 63,591 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.45 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and options over 160,500 ordinary shares.
