Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1, the Company announces that as at 30 November 2009, the Company's issued share capital consists of 650,831,860 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights. None of these ordinary shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 650,831,860.

The above figure (650,831,860) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
