David Page, a non-executive director of Young’s and executive chairman of The Clapham House Group PLC (“Clapham House”), advised Young's on 27 November 2009 that he was a director of the following subsidiaries of Clapham House when they were placed into administration: Tootsies Restaurants Limited, Urban Dining Limited, Tootsies Holdings Limited and TD Scotland Limited. This notification is made pursuant to AIM Rule 17.
