POSTING OF CIRCULAR

Further to the announcement on 19 November 2009, the Company announces that it has today sent a circular to shareholders convening a general meeting for 21 December 2009, at which a resolution will be proposed to approve the disposal of certain shares and subordinated debt held within Parkwood's special purpose companies sub-group.
