Gladstone plc (AIM:GLD.L), the leading provider of software solutions and services to the heath & leisure and education markets, announces that copies of the Annual Report for year ending 31 August 2009 were today sent to shareholders.
The Notice of the General Meeting ("AGM"), which is to be held at the offices of K&L Gates LLP, 110 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6AR on Friday 26 February 2010 at 11.00 a.m. was also sent to shareholders.
