Director share purchases and grant of options
Certain directors of Landkom International PLC (AIM: LKI, 'Landkom' or 'the Company'), agreed to subscribe for new ordinary shares of £0.001 in the Company ('New Shares') under the placing announced on 22 October 2009. Following completion of the placing, the interests of these directors are as follows:
