SITRONICS SETS DATE OF EGM OF SHAREHOLDERS

MOSCOW, Russia – November 26, 2009 – JSC SITRONICS (SITRONICS or the “Group”) (LSE:SITR), a leading provider of telecommunications, information technology and microelectronic solutions in Russia and the CIS, with a growing presence in other EEMEA emerging markets, today announced that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) has set a date for an Extraordinary General Meeting of SITRONICS’ Shareholders (“EGM”) for February 25, 2010.

The proposed agenda for the EGM includes the election of members to the Board of Directors; SITRONICS’ participation in the “Infocommunication Services Market Participants Union” (a non-commercial organisation); and the approval of an interested party transaction.

Shareholders registered as at the record date of December 3, 2009 will be eligible to participate and vote at the meeting. The EGM will take place at 3.00 pm Moscow time at the following address: 39/5, 3-ya Tverskaya-Yamskaya Street, Building 1, Moscow, 125047, Russia.
