DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company was notified on 25 November 2009 of the sale on 25 November 2009 by Chris Williams, Director of the Company, of 57,500 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the share capital of the Company ('Shares') at a price of 98 pence per Share. As a consequence, Mr Williams has no remaining shareholding in the Company. The Company has previously advised that as a consequence of his resignation, Mr Williams will be leaving the Company on 31 December 2009.

The Company was also notified on 25 November 2009 of the purchase on 25 November 2009 by Tony Hollox, Director of the Company, of 7,500 Shares at a price of 98 pence per Share. As a consequence, Mr Hollox's shareholding in the Company is 20,000 Shares representing 0.14% per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
