Notification of Change of Interest

Eurasia has received the following notifications of change in interest in the voting rights in the Company's share capital:  

On 17 November 2009, Loeb Aron & Company acquired 11,188,572 ordinary shares in the Company. The total number of shares Loeb Aron & Company now hold in the Company is 13,438,572 ordinary shares, representing 3.77% of the total number of shares in issue and 3.77% of the total voting rights in the Company.

On 17 November 2009, Grafton Resource Investments Limited disposed of 11,188,572 ordinary shares in the Company. Grafton Resource Investments Limited no longer hold a disclosable interest in the share capital of the Company.
