Appointment of Company Secretary

Dealogic (Holdings) plc, the global capital markets software, communications and information platform provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Helen Vincent as Company Secretary, effective 25th November 2009.  

Ms Vincent, who joined Dealogic in 1985, will retain her current position as the Company's Chief Administrative Officer. She replaces Jonathan Bradshaw who, after 13 successful years with the Company, most recently as Company Secretary, will be stepping down from this position and leaving the Company in order to relocate to Canada.
