APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
Dealogic (Holdings) plc, the global capital markets software, communications and information platform provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Osborne Drulard to the Board as executive director.
Mr. Drulard joined Dealogic in 1994 and has been instrumental in Dealogic growing its business around the world and by establishing local centres of excellence.
Commenting on the appointment, Dealogic CEO Tom Fleming said: "Jody's deep domain expertise and his commitment to knowledge leadership make him a valuable addition to the Dealogic Board of Directors."
Mr. Drulard will assume his appointment on the Board of Directors on 25th November 2009.
