Director Dealings

In accordance with AIM Rule 17 (Disclosure of Miscellaneous Information) and Schedule 5, the following information falls to be disclosed: the Company was notified today that Richard Jewson, Chairman of the Company, transferred 194,229 ordinary shares and 21,145 preference shares in the Company to his wife for no consideration. Following this transfer, Richard Jewson retains no beneficial interest in the ordinary and preference shares of the Company.
