The options, which have an exercise price of 139.00p per share, are conditional on the achievement of performance criteria based on a cumulative annual increase in the Company's earnings per share of 6% per annum plus RPI. The base earnings per share will be 16.2p which is the adjusted earnings per share for the year to 30 September 2009.
