Application for listing of 68,502,375 ordinary shares
The Company announces that it has issued 68,502,375 ordinary shares
at a nominal value of 0.40 euro per share. The shares were issued as
part of the early redemption, at the discretion of the holder, of the
NRS I Tranche 3 (ISIN code FR0010457044 for the tranche denominated
in Sterling and ISIN code FR0010457010 for the tranche denominated in
Euros).
Application has been made for 68,502,375 ordinary shares to be
admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and
admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange. Dealings are
expected to commence on 25 November 2009.
