Notification of Share Transfer

Daejan Holdings PLC has received notification of Transfer of 705,000 ordinary shares in Daejan Holdings PLC from David Davis and Solomon Israel Freshwater (both Directors) in their capacity as partners of the Freshwater Investment Partnership (non beneficial holding) to Silda 1 Limited, a company registered in Guernsey whose share capital is held by the partners of Freshwater Investment Partnership in the same proportion as their existing interest in the Freshwater Investment Partnership (non beneficial holding).

The previous charge over 300,000 of these shares to Valand Investments Limited was simultaneously discharged.
