Update on Administration Procedure

On 12 November 2009, the Board resolved to place the Company in Administration and requested that trading in the Company's shares be suspended pending clarification of the Company's financial position.

The Board now confirms that Paul Clark and Geoff Bouchier, both partners at MCR in London, have been appointed as Joint Administrators of the Company on Friday, 20 November, 2009.
