NXT plc ("NXT" of the "Company")

ISSUE OF EQUITY

Further to the Company's announcement on 19 November 2009 in relation to the placing to raise approximately £0.2m, NXT confirms that application has be made to the UK Listing Authority for 1,285,714 new ordinary shares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for such shares to be admitted to trading on its main market. It is expected that Admission will occur and that dealings will commence on 25 November 2009.
