Announcement on Adjustments Made to the Tariffs
Pursuant to the requirements under the Notice on Adjustments Made to the Tariffs of East China Grids issued by National Development and Reform Commission (Fa Gai Jia Ge [2009] No.2924), Zhejiang Provincial Price Bureau issued the Notice on Relevant Issues relating to Adjustments of the Tariffs of the Power Plants under the Uniform Dispatch of the Provincial Power Grid (Zhe Jia Shang [2009] No. 276) (the " Notice "). Pursuant to the Notice, the tariffs of the power plants under the uniform dispatch of the provincial power grid were adjusted moderately as of 20 November 2009.
After adjustments are made, the tariffs of the power enterprises as wholly owned or controlled by Zhejiang Southeast Electric Power Company Limited (the "Company") will be as follows:
