Bovis Homes Group PLC (‘the Company’) today announces that Mr Neil
Cooper, Group Finance Director, has informed the Company of his decision
to resign from the Board and leave the Company, to enable him to take up
a new position elsewhere. A leaving date will be determined through
mutual agreement between the Board and Neil, taking account of his
contractual notice period of twelve months. A further announcement will
be made when this date is known.
Neil has informed the Company that he will be joining William Hill PLC
as Group Finance Director.
The Board would like to express its gratitude to Neil for his
contribution to the Board and the Group over the last three years and
wish him every success in this next step in his career.
A recruitment process for a new Group Finance Director will commence
immediately and an announcement will be made once this process has been
concluded.
