The Company has been advised that on 19th and 20th November 2009 the following transactions took place:

Lesley James, Non-Executive Director, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 222.3p per share. Following the transaction, Mrs James's resultant shareholding is 10,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.005% of the issued share capital of the Company.
