RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING

The Company held a general meeting today at 11.30 am at which the resolution to propose the cancellation of the Company's admission to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities ("Delisting") was duly passed. 

The Company has therefore made a formal application for Delisting. It is expected that the last day for trading the Company's shares on the London Stock Exchange will be 21 December 2009, with the cancellation of admission at 8.00 am on 22 December 2009.

Copies of the resolution will be available for inspection at the Document Viewing Facility of the UKLA, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS. The Document Viewing Facility is open from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm on every weekday except bank holidays.
