                  CHANGE TO THE ROLE OF A DIRECTOR


G4S plc,  the international  security solutions  provider,  announces
that Lord  Condon,  the  deputy  chairman of  the  board  and  senior
independent director, will  join the company's  Audit Committee  with
immediate effect.

Mark Seligman is the  chairman of the  committee and Thorleif  Krarup
and Bo Lerenius are the other members.
