John Sievwright appointed Chairman of Audit & Risk Committee
London, 23 November 2009 - ICAP plc (IAP.L), the world's premier interdealer broker, announces that John Sievwright, who became a non-executive director of ICAP plc in July 2009, will become Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee from 1 December 2009.
Nick Cosh is retiring as Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee on 30 November 2009 after 9 years in the role. He will continue as a non-executive director and a member of the Audit & Risk, Remuneration and Nomination Committees until he retires from the Board on 31 March 2010.
