NOTICE OF DIVIDEND 

1.      2ND INTERIM DIVIDEND AND 2ND SPECIAL DIVIDEND

It was announced that a 2nd Interim dividend of 0.7 pence less 25% Malaysian income tax and a 2nd Special dividend of 0.5 pence less 25% Malaysian income tax per 10 pence Ordinary shares in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2009 was declared on the Ordinary shares, which is payable on 17 December 2009, to shareholders registered at the close of business on 4 December 2009. The ex-dividend date is 2 December 2009.

2.     PREFERENCE DIVIDEND

It was also announced that a single tier preference dividend of 2.0 pence on the 20% Cumulative Preference shares in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2009 was declared on the Preference shares, which is payable on 17 December 2009, to Preference shareholders registered at the close of business on 4 December 2009. The ex-dividend date is 2 December 2009.
