Stock Repurchase) programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 20th November 2009 Carnival Investments Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Carnival Corporation) sold 150,000 existing ordinary shares that it held in Carnival plc at an average price of £20.3975632 per share. The highest price received for the ordinary shares was £20.61 per share and the lowest price received was £20.2975 per share.
