Directors' Shareholding 

Byotrol plc ('Byotrol' or the 'Company'), the developer of anti microbial hygiene technologies, has today  been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares by certain of the directors of the Company. 

The recently appointed Non-Executive Directors the Rt. Hon. Iain Duncan Smith and Dr. Till Medinger yesterday bought 65,000 ordinary shares in the Company each at a price of 31 pence per share.  

As a result of these transactions, the current beneficial holdings in the Company's shares of each of the above mentioned directors are as follows:
