Result of the Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that at its Annual General Meeting, held at 3.30 pm, 19 November 2009, the Resolutions proposed as Special Business of the Company, as set out in the Notice of Meeting, dated 06 October 2009, were duly passed.

Copies of the Resolutions passed will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at:
