Aviva's voting rights now 2.88%


Aviva plc and its subsidiaries notified the Company on 19 November 2009 that as
at 17 November 2009 it held voting rights in respect of 5,411,307 shares of
Bodycote plc representing less than 3% of the voting rights in Bodycote's
issued share capital and that, accordingly, it no longer held a notifiable
interest.
