Issue of Equity
The Board of the Media Corp announce that it has today issued 1,750,000
new ordinary shares of 1 pence each following the exercise of warrants
by three former employees.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary
shares. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the
new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Trading in these
ordinary shares will commence on or around 24 November 2009.
Following the issue of equity, the enlarged issued share capital of the
Company comprises 267,083,661 ordinary shares of 1 pence each with total
warrants outstanding of 25,500,000.
