The OFT has decided, on the information currently available to it, that a relevant merger situation, under the provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002, has not been created in the following merger:

The acquisition by Carpetright plc of 15 stores previously operated by the Allied Carpets Group

The text of this decision will be placed on the Office of Fair Trading's web site at www.oft.gov.uk as soon as is reasonably practicable.
