CBRE Appointed to Advise on Strategic Alternatives

The Company announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Amazing Taiwan Ltd., has appointed CB Richard Ellis Limited, Taiwan Branch, to act as its exclusive placement agent in Taiwan with respect to the identification and evaluation of strategic alternatives including a potential joint venture development of the Company's property in Taiwan.

 

In addition, the Company announces that it has retained Mr. David A.Runciman as an advisor to the Board of the Company with respect to its evaluation of strategic alternatives. Mr. Runciman formerly served as the chairman for Asia Pacific for CBRE. Mr. Runciman is the chief executive officer of Scottish and Oriental Estates.
