Resignation of Finance Director

As part of the recent restructure to realign the cost base of Adili plc, Mark Swire, Finance Director will be leaving the business in the New Year. Mark has resigned as a Director and Company Secretary with immediate effect. Mark continues to work in the business currently and will hand over his day-to-day responsibilities to a suitable replacement. We would like to thank Mark for his contribution to the company over the past three years and wish him well in his future career.

The process of identifying suitable candidates for the role has begun. A further announcement will be made in due course.
