Rugby Estates has been notified that John Jackson, Non-executive Director of the Company has today purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company at a price of 263p per share.

The total beneficial holding of John Jackson following this transaction is 116,259 ordinary shares of 12.5p each which represents approximately 0.91% of the Company's issued share capital.
