Aegon's voting rights below 3%


Aegon Asset Management UK plc (on behalf of itself and the Aegon UK Group of
Companies) notified the Company on 18 November 2009 that, as at 17 November
2009, it held less than 3% of the voting rights in the capital of the company
(previously 3.17% on 3 September 2009) and that, accordingly, it no longer
holds a notifiable interest in the voting rights of the company
