Networkers International plc announces that on 17 November 2009 it purchased 50,000 of its own Ordinary Shares to be held in treasury. The shares were purchased at 24p each.

As a result of the above purchase, the total number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury is 50,000 and the number of remaining Ordinary Shares in issue is 93,649,496.
